05/04/2010 - Gulfport Man Arrested for Molestation
Gulfport, - Gulfport Police arrested Thomas Shane East of 2625 Miriam Street for lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under twelve years old. Due to the nature of the crime, we are not releasing the identity of the child. East was questioned by Gulfport Police Detectives. East admitted to molesting the child five times over a year and a half period between the beginning of 2009 and May 1, 2010. East was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail where he is currently being held on $100,000.00 bond.
