Subject:               Investigating Death of Three Men in Gulfport Residence
Date:                   11/23/2020
Location:             2800 Block of 49th Street South

Narrative

Gulfport, FL—Detectives are investigating after three men were found dead this morning by a neighbor. Cousins Scott and Jeffrey Miller were at their Gulfport residence with a mutual friend, Bailey Frohbose. Neighbors reported no signs of trouble as the men were listening to music the night before. There is no indication of trauma or forced entry; the doors were closed and locked; and firefighters did not detect carbon monoxide in the home. Evidence indicates that the men were consuming alcohol while using illegal narcotics.

The Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct toxicology tests to determine the content of substances the men may have ingested.

Anyone who may have information about this situation is encouraged to contact Detective Jennifer Crowson at 727-893-1043 or to visit http://www.crimestoppersofpinellas.org to submit an anonymous tip.

The deceased are:

Scott A. Miller, 46, of Gulfport

Jeffrey S. Miller, 51, of Gulfport

Bailey J. Frohbose, 39, of Dunedin
